ClaimCenter.org is a consumer information resource that brings to light several topics in the negligence and pharmaceutical business that do not get the attention they should. Although we help individuals throughout the country with all forms of injury litigation, we devote a large portion of our focus to product liability litigation. As a general rule, the view of drug companies and the Food and Drug Administration is that profit should be seen as the driving force behind new medical discovery. This is certainly true to an extent, but it seems that the profit motive has become more and more important in the decision making process at our nation’s pharmaceutical safeguard. In recent years, hundreds of drugs have been approved for consumption without thorough testing. This is why so many of our drugs are recalled and caught up in litigation. We are going to use this site to inform the public about the side-effects of many drugs that are not shared by drug manufacturers and swept under the rug by the FDA.
In addition, we will be writing about the basics of tort law and negligence litigation. This includes personal injury law, medical malpractice law and product liability law. We are make up of a group of some of the largest law firms in the United States and offer free advice to people who are looking for information on any of these topics.
